School Registration

*Starting January 29, 2024*

Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten Registration for the 2024-2025 School Year Begins!


Starting January 29, 2024, please come into the main office to pick up your registration packet for your TK or Kindergarten. To register your future student the following will be required:

     1. Your child must be 5 by September 1, 2024 for Kindergarten. If your child will turn 5 between September 2, 2024 and June  2, 2025 your child will qualify for Transitional Kindergarten. You will need to bring in his/her birth certificate for verification.
     2. Your child’s immunization record showing that your child is up-to-date on all of his or her shots.
          A. TB Test (A GVUSD Requirement)
          B. Polio (4)
          C. Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (5)
          D. Measles, Mumps, Rubella (2)
          E. Hepatitis B (3)
          F. Varicella (Chicken Pox) (2)
     3. Proof of residency within the Golden Valley Unified School District boundaries.
          A. This can be a current utility bill, tax records, rental agreement, etc.


March 1, 2024 8:00am to 3:00pm: TK and Kindergarten assessments will be scheduled by appointment only. You must turn in your registration packet before this date to schedule the appointment.


Data Confirmation Information for ALL STUDENTS

The Aeries data confirmation window will be open the beginning of August 2024. We will keep you updated when the data confirmation is available. You will then log-in to your Aeries parent account to confirm information such as medical, contact, demographics, and authorizations. It is crucial that we have updated student information in order to assure the safety and well being of your child while in our care.


Failure to complete the data confirmation process will result in your student's inability to check out their chromebooks and library books.

Students first day of school is August 15, 2024.


Please complete the Registration Forms and turn them into Stone Creek Elementary School Office along with required documents:
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record (TB if coming out of Madera County)
  • Proof of Residency (i.e. utility bill such as cable, PG&E, trash)
