Mrs. Mellot

Hello families! My name is Dana Mollet, more commonly known as Mrs. Dana, and I am SO excited to be a part of the Sunbird team here at Stone Creek! I bring years of exciting experience as a librarian and educator, and strive to connect with students in a way that helps them to realize their potential, achieve self-confidence, and ultimately succeed in everything they do!

I LOVE being in the library and have been an avid reader since I was 5 years old!

My favorite books EVER are the Junie B Jones early chapter book series, because silliness and having fun are the best parts of being human!

I have two kiddos, a husband of 10+ years, and two adorable cats. In my free time, I LOVE to be outdoors hiking, snowboarding, and playing sports. I am also a video gamer, musician, and an artist.

Creativity DRIVES everything I do, and my hope is that when your students come to the library, their learning is driven by the creativity they find within themselves too! READers are leaders!
